Overcome Anger

'Anger, a letter short of Danger'. Fine, then how to overcome it? Many people give a lot of advice, exercises, habits, etc to overcome anger. When a person is not in a mood to take time to read or listen to all these, then what is the way to tackle it. Even if he doesn't read this fully, a few tips are really useful to overcome it. Hence giving them as points.

1. Be alone - This avoids unwanted interaction. Try this if you don't feel insecured.

2. Cultivate the habit of watching humor either in TV or in You tube.

  • ex: funniest animals, funniest videos, cinema comedies, charlie chaplin, etc

3.  Have enough sleep. Sleep early and get up early. Yes, this really works. Remember don't stuff the stomach with heavy dish during nights.

4. Consider - Keep telling your mind to consider any issue that you are not able to tolerate. Meaning, allow it.

5. Long walk with mp3 player arresting external any disturbing noise and relax listening to the lectures that you've recorded.

6. Play well in the evening. Yes, you need time for your personal UNWANTED or Wanted likings that do not affect others.

7. Friends - Spend time with them. Vent out your feelings.

8. My real experience, chant some holy name regularly. This would surely help you a lot.

9. Sub-Conscious mind: Please listen this carefully. One of the power and very simple techniques. When you go to bed, you would certainly be consious before you fall asleep, you would also know the second that you're going to sleep. It is the transistion period from conscious mind to sub-conscious mind. Remember Subconscious mind is very very very powerful. At that point that you fall in to that condition, just say once that "I should overcome anger". Do this for 1 month. Sometimes, you may forget but try to maintain this. You would see the changes in you.

Very important and definately not the least, 'Leave the false thought that "things won't move if you don't interefer'. Certain things would function well if you are not involved. May be difficult to digest but it's True.
