The fear is public speaking is very high rated and more intense than the fear of death. A lot of people feel fear of public speaking and could not even utter a word at stage. By overcoming public speaking anxiety you can reduce it up to a minimal level. Public speaking anxiety is quite a normal reaction of your mind which effects your body too like increased heart beat, dry mouth, trembling and shaking. There are many simple ways to overcome public speaking anxiety like lots of practice, well preparation of the speech and other self motivational techniques.
