Pakistan President Vows To Take Strong Action Against Terror

The Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari has promised to take strong action against terror to the US secretory of State, Condoleeza Rice when she visited his office in Islamabad.

Although on the other hand Pakistan has also twisted USA's arm into a softer stand by warning them that they would then not be able to help washington in their war against terror.???
What does this mean for India?
