Firing of safety commissioner allegedly linked to divorce of governor’s sister? Isn’t it obvious when sisters are going through personal issues sisters will confide in each other?

I have to wonder if there is such a thing as investigating the ethics committee and when does protecting wrong stop? Because if you read this article you are going to want to ask why is this criminal who will poach moose out of season still in an Alaskan State Trooper’s uniform?

It will cause you to ask the question. Why is a man who tells a family member of his soon to be bitterly divorced ex-wife he is going to kill them, carrying a gun? Aren’t there domestic violence laws?

And it will bring up the question. Why is a man who drinks in his patrol car while on duty still wearing Alaska's State Trooper’s uniform not been fired?

If anyone gets investigated it should be Monegan who was the highest ranking police man in the state of Alaska. He is the one Palin fired and has now told NBC affiliate KTUU of Anchorage he had been dismissed because he resisted pressure from Palin’s staff and husband to fire the trooper.

I believe this Monegan should be worried about being investigated for cover-ups of his own police officers under his own command. He will be lucky if he is not charged with obstruction of justice.
