Paris In Cuffs - Ordered back to Jail by Judge

Paris Hilton has just been picked up by police cruiser to attend court regarding her early release from prison. The 'LA County Sherriff', who seems to feel that he is KING OF THE UNIVERSE and that it is within his jurisdiction to let folks in and out of jail willy nilly, anytime he wants, regardless of any court or judge's ruling.Sort of like the Olde West. The sherriff had earlier told Paris she was not required to attend today's court hearing 'in person' but would be allowed to simply be on the phone. This was also without the ruling judge's permission. The judge ordered Paris be in court in person. And now the Sherriff is lying on the ground having a hissy fit, kicking and screaming 'THAT MEAN OLD JUDGE ISN'T THE BOSS OF ME!"

Judge Sauer has ordered that Hilton complete the remainder of her sentence at the Lynwood prison she was released from early Thursday morning.
Handcuffs are HOT!Handcuffs are HOT!

Paris was handcuffed...it is not clear at this point whether this was her wish (she probably digs some good ol' S and M and cuffs and spankings)...she probably thinks she's going to summer camp at Disneyland anyway.

And here I thought Paris would show up like this to court:
Paris Crawls on Judge's Desk - Raaaaahr!Paris Crawls on Judge's Desk - Raaaaahr!

Instead this is Paris entering court...See, I'm TOTALLY having a nervous breakdown!See!See, I'm TOTALLY having a nervous breakdown!See!

Judge's reply...he was sandbagged by Sherriff

'Judge Michael Sauer said that before Paris was released, he was contacted by the Sheriff and told they would file a motion to place Paris under house arrest. The judge said the motion was never filed, and added, "There's no way I would have approved it even if I got the motion." The prosecutor, Dan Jeffries, who is also pissed at the Sheriff, accused the Sheriff of "assuming all three roles of the criminal justice system," claiming "Sheriff Lee Baca is interpreting the law all by himself."' Probably not the best case to test drive how much power you have...the outrage within the average population was obviously going to be huge.

Actually, the Sheriff is the

Actually, the Sheriff is the highest Constitutional authority in the County, at least before the judicial and legislative usurpations of power in the past century. I'm not defending Ms. Hilton's actions or attempts to get out of her jail time, however. Nobody should be above the law.

Leather Hood and Ballgag

It's the latest trend in attending a court hearing...remember Paris is a trendsetter.

S & M

I understand the need to handcuff her, but who's idea was the leather hood and ball gag?
