Paris Ordered Back to Jail...Can you say 'STRIP SEARCH'?

TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend tomorrow morning's hearing. She could be sent BACK to the slammer!!

ROCKY LIVES!!!

Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence. Apparently the judge needs to be involved in lightening a sentence. No one outside of the
LA Sheriff's office was apparently involved in the decision to let Paris out of her jail cell. The scary, cold jail cell in which she was on the verge of 'having a nervous breakdown'...hey! I had a nervous breakdown last week and they still made me go to my knitting class (where I have to focus very hard so as not to poke that bitch, Kari, beside me)...Rocky to the Rescue! Go Rocky, Go!Rocky to the Rescue! Go Rocky, Go!

The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.
Judge Michael Sauer was quoted saying that he has imposed the sentence on Paris and it was against the rules for it to be set aside without his permission. Paris' pardon was done without any of the legal community. Apparently, her pardon was given by the Sherriff and the same sheriff has a history of letting celebs off of criminal charges.

TMZ contacted the Sheriff's Department, but they refused to comment on the case. What a shock.

Kari

How will I get Kari to stop the infernal nattering if I can't poke her with my knitting needle?

Iceless escapades

The sheriff should make you leave your knitting needles at home. Sounds like you could be a threat to yourself or others (especially others!)

The Sherriff told me I could go to the Ice Capades

I can't wait! I LOVE the ice capades!!!! Yeah Sherriff!

Breakdown

You know, I don't think I like the cubicle I work in. It is too confining and my workplace is not stimulating enough. I may be on the verge of a nervous breakdown too. I can't eat my breakfast muffin and I might just cry all day. Will the LA Sherrif let me go home to work? Or can I choose where I get to go, like the circus or the Bahamas?
