Apparently Paris was released already today, after serving only several days of jailtime. She was released on the basis of "unspecified medical issues" and now will serve 40 days of house arrest. I really think that these celebrities are treated so much more leniently than anyone else would be in terms of the law, and I don't think it's fair. Who else gets out of jail for "unspecified medical issues"!?!
