Part One: Lose Weight In 7 Days Diet! This Is FREE!

Hey....

All that blah balh about losing weight with the Cabbage Soup Diet may be true, but...

If you have a potassium problem, you are definetly going to stiffen up coz you gotta eat

like 8 bananas in one day, tell that to the ape who wrote it. If may be a funny money-making

commercial promo that they make but then people will suffer, plus after 8 bananas, the

chances are that the next day, you Will get constipated. Argh!

If you wanna lose weight in 7 days

1. Go vegetarian. Not only is it a cheap option, it will

surely work, A balance diet  can be done by having some dairy, substitute meat products, all the

veggies you want, and some grains like bread or rice.

2. Watch what you put on your plate. Don't fill it up and measure it out.

3. Eat only 3 times a day.

4. Drink lotsa water, if you can, make it alkaline.

5. Stand instead of sit, take a walk instead of ride.

6. When you are hungry, brush your teeth.

7. When you are tired, take an enery drink that has no sugar.

8. Clear up your home and get rid of all the food you are not supposed to eat.

9. Wear tight pants so when you eat, you will have a hard time when your stomach expands.

10. Stop yapping away about going on a diet and keep your mouth shut. Try not to open

it especially unless you HAVE to eat.
