Times have a-changed. And How? As you must have noticed the W's have changed to S's. In the professional world (p)sycophancy rules and all the W's (Why's, What's, who's, where's and When's) have changed to (Ye)S's. And Like wise in the Man's world. Excuse me all those Xomba members who still remember the Feminist movement and are still pursuing it. We can always have the Margarita's, Men and Money thing but then some woman will have to write about it.

Those were the days, when the v/v %age listed on the wine bottle used to make a difference. Not because we read it but because that was the simple life. The alcohol used to work irrespective of it's name and price. Those were the days when men pursued women. It didn't matter to them who, where from
and what the woman was. It was a challenge, with all the chivalry and the gentlemanliness thrown in. The joy was in the pursuit and not the conquest. The wealth was another part and an important one at that and people did work hard at it. The field did not matter, it was the hard work which brought about the result. These three power boosters made a man's life and just the thought of those men of the 60's and 70's essayed through the western and other classics would send a shiver down any woman's spine. Think of Mr Darcy, Paul Newman, Rhett Butler, Humphrey Bogart and so many other.

Cut to the present. We don't have taste for alcohol. Wine is mostly for women. And the worth of a drink is dictated by it's price. Scotch on the rocks( too expensive to be diluted by anything) is the flavor of these times. The costlier the better. Serve plain water from a bottle of Chivas Regal and you can still see the ecstasy on the face of the 'Retro' man.

No one has the time for pursuit. Women have become an object. With so many of them around who would want to waste their time and energy in pursuing an intangible. The result oriented men would rather be upfront and direct. If the woman is still making up her mind, she is being hard to get. How dare she, and that too, to the God's gift to womankind. Get someone else, man and doesn't matter if it costs more.

Making money is the only end and objective of life. How one gets it is of little consequence. Cheating, fraud, theft, begging, borrowing is all excused. These are fast times and for fast times you need fast money. Working on the Internet, don't matter. Write some crap, any crap dude, but then get the SEO right and you have it made. Start counting man!
