pasta with a twist... (for nut lovers)

step 1: cook 500g linguine pasta according to directions and drain. then set aside the pasta.
step 2: in a small pan, cook over in low heat for about 1 minute the following ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
3 crushed garlic cloves,
1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts
1
tbsp freshly chopped parsley
step 3. remove from heat once cooked. then add 4 tbsp lemon juice and stir throughly.
step 4. pour the sauce over pasta. toss thoroughly the pasta and the sauce and add the following:
4 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
3/4 cup freshly chopped parley
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
BEST SERVED WHEN HOT.
Note:
1. In cooking pasta, use at least 2 tbsp of oil and 1 tbsp salt to taste.
2. After draining the pasta, place it into a bowl of warm water and drain it again. This procedure helps to avoid the pasta from being sticky.
