Patrice Bergeron With Concussion & Broken Nose!

Patrice Bergeron was hammered into the boards by Flyers defenceman Randy Jones in Boston's 2-1 loss to Philadelphia yesterday.

He was transported to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was diagnosed with a concussion and a broken nose.
