INGREDIENTS

REFINED FLOUR 200 gm.

EGGS 8 no.

SUGAR 200gm.

PEACH ESSENCE 10 ml.

PEACHES 50gm.

CREAM 100gm.

METHOD

1. Whisk egg and sugar with peach essence.

2.Add flour and mix.

3.Pour in greased tin and bake.

4.Whisk cream with peach essence.

5.Cut sponge into layer and spread cream.

6. Cover with cream.

7. Garnish with slices of cream.
