Perfect Magic of Photo Pictures

Perfect Magic of Photo Pictures

Picture Perfect
Pictures do make magic. Well,a magic of a different kind. It is said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Though witnessing an event like Olympics live has its own place, I have experienced that viewing well taken pictures of an event adds a different dimension altogether. Photo pictures bring about certain charm and depth that perhaps comes from timelessness.

During a live relay one has to be glued to the event to avoid missing a great moment. And if missed, its gone. But because pictures can be seen anytime any place, once captured the magic moment is there forever to be savoured time and again. In that way pictures can capture time.

Even today if I watch a single picture of my childhood days, it gets me nostalgic and transposed to those times in an instant. Memories come rushing back provoking joyful discussions on the subject.

I have also noticed pictures get imbued with the mood of the viewer. Viewed in array of different moods a picture tells a diferent story. A well taken picture is like a portal to a treasure house of memories.

Just to illustrate the point, take the recent Beijing Olympics which had some very poignant and significant moments. Check out a few of these breathtaking Olympic pictures and you will relive the magic. Even better - get your family photo album out and flip through it. You may appreciate what I mean. Or at the least you would have traced your famil album :-)

(The Olympic pictures are actually good. Do check them out)

Pictures Are the Imagining Mind's Jumper-Cables

An image ignites the feelings one had at experiencing something similar to the image's context. I see a picture of a Broadway play; I can remember the thrill of sitting in the orchestra pit poised to bang. I see a picture from a wedding; I can remember the thrill of the bungee-jump that I imagine my wedding will be!lol All That, and Uncle MythMan STILL Thinks You're Awesome!---Big Fan of 2008 Olympics, VegHead, Love, ~Nam Myoho Renge Kyo~ http://is.gd/22wY, Fussin` http://is.gd/1fSs, Ms. Montagne http://is.gd/1fRg, Ms. Li http://is.gd/1fSe -http://is.gd/1fSj Xombie Plan

Creating Magic

Photo pictures create magic whenever you see them. But get them out on your computer soon Idlewild. Make space on the camera for new ones. I have had to delete pictures on my camera to accommodate new ones just because i was too lazy to transfer them on my PC. DO the Write Thing & Get Paid Here

Photos are magical

I just got back from vacation and am reminded me that I still have hundreds of digital photos sitting in my camera and computer that have yet to be organized, printed, or shared... maybe this post will motivate me to do so!
