PERFECT PROTECTION TO INDIAN CULTURE

The following constitutional provisions are essential.

If any film, cinema, TV serial, advertisement or article book or novel having some content of insult to woman is published, the producer, director of the film or TV serial, actors, modeling persons, author, editor, advertiser and all concerned will be punished with at least 10 years imprisonment. If atleast 50 women have the opinion that a particular film, cinema, TV serial, advertisement, article, book or novel has certain content insulting the women, it should be considered enough proof to punish the concerned person.

Judiciary powers in connection of any offence related to women such as rape, attempt to rape, kidnapping, murder, injury, beating, torture, harassment etc. will remain with women judges only. In every Village, Nyay Punch 50% seats will be reserved for women. No any male judge will decide the case where woman is involved or offence related to women is involved.

Married woman will have full property rights with their husband.

If any woman misuses the privileges provided for women, she will be punished with 10 years imprisonment. But such punishment will be given by women judges only.
