I believe is the name of this website. Unbelievable is what I say. Everything on this website is free for you to download. I checked the whole site myself and I did not run into one item that has a price to it. If you are looking for brushes, gradients, icon, layer styles, and maybe a few tutorials then this is the site to check out. I have been downloading all morning long.  When you are on the site and looking for layers styles, you do need to check under gradients. They do not have a separate section just for layer style.   The styles and gradients are together. They even have a few vector brushes for download as well. In the tutorial section, not only do they have Photoshop tutorials but they have lessons on CSS also. All this and its free for anyone who would like to download them. Please do remember although the artists offer all these great accessories to go with your Photoshop projects you still need to follow the terms of use that each individual artist has with each of their items.
