Picture and Video of San Diego - Harris Fire on Sunday, October 21st

The Harris fire began early Sunday morning 70 miles east of San Diego. So far 2,500 acres are burned between Tecate and Harris Ranch Road. The fire has injured at least four firefighters ad killed one person.

Around 9:30 AM is when this dangerous fire broke out east of Harris Ranch road north of state Route 94.

By noon, the fire had destroyed one structure, said officials with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection – Cal Fire.

100 homes and other structure have been evacuated on Potrero Park Road to the south and north of state Route 94 and north of state Route 94, west of Harris Ranch Road and east of Potrero Valley Road.
