Or is it?  Could it be a serious plan to end the US involvement in Afghanistan disguised as a half-wit's, half baked, half-gainer (maybe more like a belly-flop) dive into philosophy?

Even if you don't agree with the plan put forward, there is enough food for thought to feed many inquisitive minds.
