My dad, Zhiwen Wang, was illegally sentenced to a 16-year prison term for practicing Falun Gong.He has been tortured in attempt to make him renounce his belief, but he has never given in. I want to rescue my dad and bring him home to stay with me in America, where he will be safe.

Falun Gong is a meditation practice, also known as Falun Dafa, and consists of five meditation exercises and is based on the principles of truth, compassion and tolerance. It originated in China in 1992, but has suffered an almost 8 year persecution at the hands of the Chinese Communist Party. The practice has spread from China throughout the world to over 60 countries and approximately 100 million people are said to practice it.
