Hi Everybody...I would like, in this discussion about the movie, 'The Prestige', to share certain 'Secrets' of Life revealed in the movie, which I'm sure, the movie makers have carefully and intentionally woven into the movie. It is this subtle rendering, that gives this movie the halo and the charism which keeps 'impressing' all those who watches it. This discussion is only meant to tickle minds and for mutual learning.

I believe that the 'magic' in the movie is only an analogy of Life itself...Life which to many still remains a mystery because we want it to be. As in magic so in life, people 'want' to be amazed and therefore in a way refuse to 'see' REALITY as it exists.

In the movie we have characters like Nikola Tesla, who represent the very few that opts to see Reality and Principles of Creation unfolds in his words, when he says," I have already begun", in the context of the great Danton having asked him to make him the 'cloning box'. The principle is such that Creation of anything first starts in the Mind and then in the 3D world. This principle, in Tesla's statement, is a very strong affirmative.

The 'Box'! The Box that clones us lifetime after lifetime. Tesla empasises that the 'Box' can only bring misery and is best got rid of. It is the 'Box ' of several human incarnations which has to be got rid of to get rid of our miseries.

Such and more are the Mysteries of Life hidden in the movie.

All in all, the movie is fabulous, rich and a glorious 'Illusion of Truth'
