The case of the polygamy sect has moved to the court. With investigations still continuing, the court will decide on the custody issue of the 416 children taken away from thne Eldorado ranch of the FLDS sect, a section of which practises polygamy. However, the women of the sect are complaining that their children are being kept in abysmal conditions by authorities and many have taken sick.
