You've just had a beautiful baby! Your body has been through drastic strain after months of hard work and now its time for you want to implement the perfect post pregnancy workout to get your body back in order.

4. Don't over work your body - If you're feeling exhausted take some rest

6. Research has shown that Yoga is a very effective post pregnancy core workout. So book yourself in to the local gym and head for a yoga session
7. Also, aim to swim regularly - since swimming is a great cardio-vascular workout and will reduce body fat and help you tone up
Make sure you stay motivated and dedicated to your post pregnancyw workout routine. If you're not motivated then you're wasting your time. Procrastination is your worst enemy!
