Pistachio Recall Update 2009: Salmonella Feared

Kroger Co. has recalled pistachios sold in 31 States. More recalls are expected from a shipment of 1 million pounds of pistachios shipped and sold to 36 different wholesalers nationwide. Through testing of roasted pistachios four strains of salmonella were detected. The source of the nuts came from Setton Farms in Terra Bella, California. For the full article on the Kroger Co.
