Powerful Explosion Rocks Philippine Congress

A powerful explosion destroyed the south wing lobby of the building Tuesday evening. 1 person killed and 6 more injured including three house of representatives.

The blast is believed to come from the ceiling of the south wing lobby.

Authorities have yet to determine the actual device that cause the explosion.
