R/L MEC (METHOD OF EATING CONTENTS) is a wonderful treatment

based on left and right concepts

In the year 2000 I found some mild allergic problems when I took an

ayurvedic medicine. I tried my best to make use of that costlier medicine

but in vain. After few days I found a solution to my problem with the help

of before said treatment. In this page I have written a full explanation

of this treatment. Apart from medicines I began to use the same concept

in our other parts of life like drinking tea and taking snacks and got good
