processed food. Most of its contains salt, which ca increase the amount of calcium the body gets rid of through urine. A high amount is more than 1.5 gram salt(or 0.6 gram) per 100 gram.
Beat it:-
Get enough calcium-recommended intake during pregnancy is 700 milligram as a non-pregnant woman.However, during breastfeeding you need an extra 550 milligram a day and if you don't get enough, your bones could weaken. Other sources of calcium are sesame seeds, soybeans, peanuts and given green veggies too.
