His plane is ready and on standby at the Rawalpindi airport, according to Geo TV, from where it is said that he will leave Pakistan for good.
If President Musharraf fails to resign for any reason, today, as is being rumored by the news reports, then he would have to face the impeachment charges that the ruling party has against him.
Thus the political instability of Pakistan continues. There are also reports coming in that the Government is not going to allow the live telecast of Musharraf's address on the TV.
