Preventing dark under eye circles

Preventing dark under eye circles

Many times although women can make themselves look beautiful by wearing makeup, cover ups and concealers are not the answer to getting rid of those dark under eye circles.

There are many beauty creams and ointments on the market these days that claim miraculous results if you use them. Although some of them may work, it is best to get to the source of them and prevent them altogether.

Natural treatments are much more effective than those that are chemically produced. Natural ingredients have less side effects and cause less allergic reactions than chemically enhanced products.

I heard many years ago that this is due to a Calcium deficiency. Increase your intake of Calcium and see what happens. Also increase your intake of Bioflavanoids and Folic Acid.

I happened to run across these beauty tips while browsing online. Go to this Site and scroll down to tip Number 6.

I think the old wives' tale

I think the old wives' tale of getting one's beauty sleep may apply here, too.
