Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) and host of Tony Awards, will host the ceremony. The 2009 Primetime Emmy Awards will be presented on Sept. 13 at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on CBS Television beginning at 8 PM ET.
