Generating traffic to your blog is probably the hardest part when creating a blog. There a couple ways you can do this. First I recommend pinging you blog. This will update search engines including you blog in their results. Do this each time you update your blog. Some good ping sites are Pinggoat.com, Autopinger.com and Blogsearch.google.com/ping.

Another great way to generate traffic to your blog is through RSS Feeds. RSS is a format for delivering regularly changing web contents. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it. It allows anyone to easily stay informed by retrieving the latest content from sites their interested in. I’ve listed some great RSS submission sites to help you get started below.

You can also add other sites RSS Feeds to your site so that you always have the most up to date popular content. This is a great way to constantly add more traffic because it keeps the hot news on your site. With blogs you can generate as much as $20 per day. If you have multiple blogs you can generate 3 or 4 times that without having to do anything!
