I was looking forward to seeing the movie Pulse for a long time. The trailers made it look like a good mix of ghost story and cyberthriller along the lines of White Noise.

I couldn't see it in the theater because my girlfriend was too chicken to go so I had to wait for the DVD to make its way into stores. Besides, that's what, 2 weeks these days? So I waited, figuring the movie would be worth it.

NO!! Pulse is a hot stinking piece of crap. DO NOT SEE THIS MOVIE!! I'll lay it out for you:

1)Weirdo unlocks computer gateway to demons
2)Demons try to kill college students(college students, and there's not even a shower scene...what have movies come to?!)
3)Demons spread throughout world like a computer virus over wifi and cellular lines. Basically spam that takes your life force kinda thing.
4)Retarded(and horribly unbelievable relationship) couple trying to stop demons tries to get to the mainframe of the campus to upload a virus to stop demons...all over the world? Wait, what? Well, it didn't work anyway.
5)Did I mention the demons could be stopped by red tape? Was that a slap at buerocracy or a retarded tribute to that "I see dead people" movie? Either way it was stupid.
6)Retarded couple drives into a cellular dead zone, throws away phone, and lives crappily ever after.
7)I scream at God and Blockbuster trying to get my time and money back.

There, I spoiled it, so don't you DARE see it. Oh, did I mention it had that older brother from 7th Heaven? Or someone that looks like him...was it him? Who cares.
