There were three stones. They had been cast before the three children as some form of punishment. Adults very rarely make any since.

The fourth child knelt down above the stones. He poked at them with a small stick. The three to be punished just watched quietly as he did this.

It wasn't long before the fourth's constant prodding caused unease amongst the three. In an instant the second was upon the forth, her screams ringing out in the air.

In the end, the forth scrambled free, and fled the scene. When he returned the second was scolded for her previous actions. She said nothing in response to the harsh words, but simply sat there with a rye smirk about her face.

The first and third, however, didn't enjoy the second's choices; she had given them a more harsh punishment.

Before the day was out, the three stones where accompanied by a lashing. The three children didn't say a word in response; they simply endured it with a rye look on their faces.
