Libyan Colonel Muammar Qaddafi addresses the General Assembly amid protests from relatives of the Lockerbie bombing.
His trip to New York has been surrounded by controversy after the release of the convicted bomber, Abdel Baset al Megrahi, who arrived in Tripoli to a boisterous welcome and a hug from Gaddafi.

In his speech he asked for investigations into all the wars since the United Nations was founded.
