Drink more water in your diet. Other beverages will fill you up with sugars and sodium that you do not need. If it helps you can carry a bottle of water with you on the go. Also, make sure you are getting enough fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Choose fresh over canned because canned has a lot of added sugars and preservatives.
Eat smaller portions to help your diet. Put a little less on your plate, and take the time to eat slowly and enjoy your food. You will be amazed at how you feel the same fullness, but just ate a lot less. Another way to help you lose weight would be to eat at home. You will be able to see how your food is prepared and you will know what is going into your food. With these few tips, you can start eating more healthy and lose weight.
