Quick Recipe For Making Bakery Bread Look And Taste Homemade

This quick recipe will turn an ordinary loaf of bakery bread into a delicious tasting work of art that will make your guests think you've been baking all day.
Buy your favorite loaf of bakery bread, any type of artisan style, crusty bread loaf will work for this recipe
Mix 1 egg white and 1 teaspoon of water and brush the mixture on top of the loaf of bakery bread. Press sprigs of fresh herbs on top of the dampened bakery bread crust. Fresh herbs like dill weed, thyme leaves, flat leaf parsley or chives work well for this recipe.
Brush more of the egg white mixture on top of the fresh herb sprigs to secure them onto the bread's crust, then bake the loaf of bakery bread for 5 minutes at 350 degrees until the bread crust is dry.
The look, aroma and taste of this disguised bakery bread will be homemade. Use this quick recipe for dinner guests or for making a 'welcome' basket for a new neighbor or just to dress up a week night family dinner.
