Quit Spamming! Will You......

Quit Spamming! Will You......

Some people are so passionate... about themselves. What they do, what they think, what they feel etc, that they would go to any extent to prove their point.

How serious would you get? To what lengths would you go to achieve that feeling of satisfaction that you have done it. Spread YOUR word around. Drilled it into everyone's ears, notwithstanding the fact that no one was listening to you.

Agreed if you shout the loudest you get heard, but only by those who want to hear you. If you continue shouting thereafter, it is just noise, which no one appreciates. That stands even if one has found a novel way of putting the message across. In internet lingo and here on Xomba it is called spam. Please restrict your thoughts to one blurb / byte / comment at a time.

I, for one, am not interested in going through one or two word comments across fifteen articles to get the message. But it does get frustrating.

Please.... Spare me! Quit spamming.

Knew It

I knew it was the US constitution but for the life of me I did not know what you were doing. Or why Nick did not ban you for doing it :). Now I get it. All forgiven.

My Fault

Veg accidentally deleted all her subscriptions. Unfortunately, there was a Subscribe to This Post link under all Bytes/blurbs, but it has gone missing. So the only way for her to subscribe back is by commenting on them all. Not sure what happened to the link, I've been looking into it.

AHHHHH!

I thought you had sent a secret message!:-) I've tried to understand, but I couldn't follow all the messages in the right sequence: that's why I read all your messages... but, I don't know the US Constitution:-( However I've problems with a byte too: I'd just like to read the comments for "My father's eyes"! I cannot see nothing after the first 5 comments.

Have you tried going to Edit?

There must be a better way to subscribe to an article, especially your own, without posting a 'comment' on each one. Can't you just go to your list of My xombytes or My xomblurbs and click the Edit button on each one, and then check the Subscribe button at the bottom? Or didn't that work?

not spamming, just re-publishing

FYI, I had a freak cyberaccident a week or so ago when I hit the wrong button and was shut out of being notified by email of xombyte comments. Nick tried to help, but apparently it can only be fixed by the programmers. So I decided to fix it myself in a more low-tech way, and now my fixing project is complete. You can all breathe a sigh of relief along with me. Anyway, Happy Tappy, Antonella and everybody else who's been bugged, sorry for the mystery comments. I was just amusing myself in a boring task, not trying to draw attention, by using words from the beginning of the U.S. Constitution, if you really need to know.

veghead's Xombytes

Yes

That is totally frustrating and has nothing to do with the article. +1
