Ramadan Preparation Guide

Ramadan Preparation Guide

I can't believe that Ramadan is right around the corner!  The two weeks before Ramadan starts is incredibly busy for me; prepping the pantry, ordering Eid gifts, organizing my spiritual library and nasheeds, and committing to volunteer and speaking opportunities.

Fasting is one of the five pillars of Islam and the holy month of Ramadan has the majority of Muslims eating before sunrise and then abstaining from food and drink until after sundown.

I found a comprehensive guide to preparing your family, your community and yourself for Ramadan and if you're not Muslim, there is a lot of information that may be helpful if you have questions about Islam.

Ramadan Mubarak!
