Flight 401 is known to all for its crash on December 1972. News of the crash of airlines flight 401 spread all over the world like fire spreads in a dry forest. Bud Marquis was the guy whom we can call hero of that accident.

He saved a number of lives which gave many families a hope that their near ones might have survived it was all the effort of Mr Marquis. It all happened when there was a confusion between the tower communicator and the pilot.

The confusion took 7 precious seconds and that took lives of passengers and the number of deaths were more than 60.
