New Version Chilled Tuna and Pasta Salad Recipe

This recipe is a spin off of my Mom's recipe. I adjusted it according to my tastes. It is still as much a favorite of mine as when I was a little girl. Still easy, quick, and oh so good on a hot summer day.

I one pound package of macaroni cooked and drained
2 6 ounce cans of tuna drained
1/4 teaspoon minced jarred garlic
onion powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
2 ribs of celery finely chopped
3 hard boiled eggs peeled and diced
mayonnaise to moisten
salt if desired to taste

In a large bowl combine macaroni, tuna, garlic, onion powder, parsley, celery, and eggs. Moisten with mayonnaise. Add salt to taste, if desired. Cover and chill.

Can serve as is or on a bed of lettuce leaves or alongside sliced tomatoes.
