Recipe Easy Pork Lo Mein

Another simple original creation of mine using Ramen noodles and leftover meats. You can vary this Recipe each time you prepare it by using different combinations of meat and vegetables.

4 packages Ramen noodles broken up
4 Cups water
1 packet low sodium chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon dried parsely
a dash each of onion and garlic powder if desired

Select 1 - 3 of any from this list

1 small carrot shredded
1/ 2 cup snow pea pods
1 cup steamed broccoli pieces
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts
1/2 cup bamboo shoots
1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage

Add 1 - 2 cups of 1 of these

thinly sliced cooked chicken, pork, or beef
small cooked shrimp

In a pan over medium heat bring the water to a boil. Stir in ONE to TWO packets of the seasoning mix, the broken up noodles, dry chicken broth powder, and parsley. Stir until blended and simmer about 1 minute. Add the vegetables and meat. Heat thoroughly. Stir in the onion and garlic powders if desired. Serve.
