Party time is coming up. Whether it be for New Years, for the Super Bowl, or for any other party, you will need some good food to serve to your guests.
Here is a great party recipe to start with.

Chicken Appetizer Spread

2 whole chicken breasts, cooked, cooled, skinned and boned
1 cup walnuts
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2/3 cup sour cream
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh parsley sprigs
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 small onions, peeled and quartered
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks. Process all ingredients in food processor fitted with a metal blade. Turn into serving bowl, cover and chill 2 to 3 hours. Serve with crackers and vegetables slices.

Makes 2 cups.
