Recipe hot mulled cider

1 gallon cider
1/2 c. light brown sugar (optional)
2 Tbsp. Mulling Spices
Bring all ingredients to boil. Then simmer uncovered 30 minutes. Strain through double layer of cheese cloth. Cider can be refrigerated until needed, then reheated.
