Record Collection Sold On Ebay For 3 Million Dollars

The 3 million dollar price tag is one of the highest eBay has ever had. 3 million will also enable the record collection's seller to retire.
Paul Mawhinney, owner of Record Rama in Pennsylvania since 1968, wanted to retire and spend time with his family. He put his record store's massive collection of nearly 3 million vinyl albums up for auction on eBay, with the asking price of 3 million dollars.
The winning eBay bidder from Ireland paid $3,002,150 for the record collection. The winning Ireland bidder has already made a substantial down payment, with bank confirmation that he has enough money to make the transaction
