Remove Anti-Virus-1 Malware

Anti-Virus-1, like most adware, tends to mask itself as a helpful tool, promising to rid your computer of the spyware that it in fact installed in the first place - kind of a good cop, bad cop scenario. My Enterprise McAfee software didn't do the trick (no surprise there), but one of my favorite free tools, Lavasoft AdAware didn't find it either. Read on to find out how killed the little runt.
