Like a lot of people, I've been wondering how this funny-looking guy who's well into the AARP age group managed to end up with a lovely 30-year-old wife (who's British, no less).

Fortunately, the Washington Post obliged a few days ago with a lengthy article on Dennis Kucinich and his relatively new wife, Elizabeth Kucinich.

The article examines why Kucinich is the "happiest candidate in the race" and tells of their meeting, which involves a bust of Gandhi, a mystical opal ring, an Indian guru, and Shirley MacLaine. And no, they're not kidding.
