Residents Flee as the Fallbrook Fire & Rice Fire ravage the San Diego Area!

Authorities have ordered a mandatory evacuation in south and east Fallbrook.
San Diego County have arranged a shelter in Orange County for people leaving Fallbrook. The evacuation center is at El Toro High School, 25255 Toledo Way in Lake Forest.
