Review of the FILM "BLUE"

Review of the recently released movie “BLUE”

Today(22th Oct), I along with 4 of my pals watched the movie in an expensive theatre, after we visited DCE. Well, I had gone inside the hall with a mounting expectation from the movie as it had many reputed actors of the bollywood.
As the film commenced, some high action thriller was seen which was highly energetic and soothed the eyes, which led a good foundation for the rest of the movie. Also, charm of Katrina at the start of film led the audience to have great beat movements in their heart and whistles started bustling all around the arena. Her hardly 10 minutes dashing role greatly overpowered her competitor Lara’s lengthy role in which I always see her as bahenji(i dont know why), how so hot she may look to others. However, as the film proceed further, I realized that is it was no where up to the mark of what I had expected from once called comedian king “Akshay”. Many a times the film was deviating from its main theme. I was tracing some comedy, funny or any soothing glances as the movie was on, but Mr D'Souza fails to stay on par with my expectation from him.
According to me, the topic of the movie was very short and concise and not good enough for any person to make a 2 hour length movie but  D'Souza dared to do it and fooled people . But director Mr. Anthony D'Souza extended the short topic in 2 hours duration in such a way that sometimes It appeared, I was watching diver’s special episode on discovery channel and felt I need my 100 bucks back. It was not worth upto the penny I had spent in buying the ticket. I would rate just 2.5 out of 5, that too because of Kat’s exquisite latke jhatke. The rating would have been bit high, had Kat’s appearance would have been little more. The only moments I was somewhat interacted insight with the movie was the song in which Akshay danced sensuously pleasing with a (firangi) girl. As the movie ended I realized it was too short in length if compared to other usually made bollywood films. The content was very less, infact, I just think that D'Souza must have seen some dreary dreams of sinking a ship, and next day he wrote all this meager script and made this utter “BLUE” film. I think directors and producers should take strong inspiration and direction from Amir Khan who splendidly and stupendously delivered Ghazzini and Taare zameen Par and moved everyone from their inner who so ever watch these great production from him.
To end with a conclusion, ladies & gentleman I would suggest you to wait for your cable operator to play forged C.D at his channel, than to spend bucks at any cinema hall. Please be stingy & miser in spending. Take care from these modern days marauds who eyes on your pocket for their lavish and luxurious life.
