Rodney King received a $3.8 million settlement from the police beating in 1991. Today he was shot during a domestic dispute. He is currently 42 years old and was shot 2 or 3 times in the face, arms, back and torso. King was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton. Police are not releasing his condition.

Rodney King has been in and out of legal trouble in recent years inluding spending 120 days in jail for wrecking his car while on PCP.
