A Romantic Moment She Would Never Forget!

She had been waiting in great anticipation for this moment. She hadn’t seen Him for a long time now and the thought that she would finally set her eyes on Him made her heart beat faster. She had accepted her friends’ invitation to this party only because she had anticipated Him on being there too.

She entered the room, where the party was going on, with her friends. She studied the room quietly and her eyes searched for Him. At first she was disappointed to find that He was not there, at least, not yet. Not wanting to attract attention to herself, she sat quietly with a drink in her hand in a corner of the room from where she could observe all that was going on.

Suddenly there was a sort of a commotion at the door and then she spotted Him. He was busy shaking hands and slapping everyone on their backs as greetings were exchanged. He didn’t notice her at first. But, she could see that His eyes were searching the room as if looking for someone.

His eyes finally found her. She looked at Him from across the room and just couldn’t take her eyes away. There he was at last, looking as handsome and dashing as ever. His soft brown eyes captivated her as she looked at them. She could see the intense longing and love in his eyes as He stood gazing at her. She dared not move, and not breathe afraid to break the romantic spell. He was awakening all kinds of emotions in her making her weak in her knees. He did not advance towards her, but kept looking silently and steadily at her with that intense expression.

Finally, the spell was broken. The host came and ushered Him towards her. At last, He was standing in front of her. He extended his hand and said, “Hello”.
