Rotten Neighbor is a new website out that helps you identify whether you are moving into a home with good neighbors or not.

Rotten neighbors can make life a lot harder than it has to be. You don't want to buy a home and then find out after your large investment, that you have neighbors that let their dog poop on your lawn; or have loud parties in their yard every other night. That just wouldn't be worth the investment.
And Rotten Neighbor emphasizes they "ARE NOT agents or brokers. We aren’t looking to make any type of commission on your real estate sale or purchase. We do not, and will not sell any personal information we may collect. We all will not force you to become a lead."
