The website, "RottenNeighbor.com" allows for neighbors to share their differences to the world through the internet. You first plug in a zip code and a Google map with pop up showing you the "Rotten Neighbors". The website has been up and running for about a month and anything from annoying pets to ugly lawn pieces can get you on the list. I haven't check the site out yet but it looks like it would provide good entertainment. Hopefully, I'll never be on that list, I'd probably be embarrassed.
